Birth education sessions are planned for later in 2027, with a start date still to be confirmed. The sessions will focus on physiology, informed consent, comfort measures, common interventions, partner preparation, and early postpartum planning.

Postpartum support is shaped around your home and family. It may include processing the birth, newborn and early-feeding support within doula scope, nourishment, food preparation, rest planning, and help finding a workable family rhythm.
